Client Data Privacy & Authorization Statement

1. Purpose of Information Collection

All personal and financial information you provide to Nuvex Advisory Partners ("Nuvex") is collected solely for the purpose of tax preparation, advisory, and compliance services as authorized by you.

2. Data Security and Storage

All client documents are encrypted in transit and at rest using industry-standard AES-256 encryption. Access is restricted to Nuvex professionals directly involved in your engagement.

• We maintain secure, cloud-based storage systems compliant with IRS Publication 1075 and Internal Revenue Code §7216.

3. Limited Use and Disclosure

Nuvex will not sell, share, or disclose your information for marketing or any non-tax purpose.

Your information may be disclosed only to:

• The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) or state tax authorities for filing and compliance purposes
• Authorized third-party vendors (such as secure e-file transmitters or cloud accounting tools) who are contractually bound to maintain data confidentiality

4. Client Rights

You have the right to:

• Access and request copies of the information you have provided
• Request corrections to inaccurate information
• Withdraw consent for use of your information, where legally permissible

5. Retention Policy

Nuvex retains client records for at least seven (7) years in accordance with professional standards and federal recordkeeping requirements, after which they are securely deleted or destroyed.

6. Client Acknowledgment and Consent

By uploading or providing documents through this portal, you acknowledge that:

• You understand how your information will be used and protected
• You consent to the electronic storage and transmission of your tax information as necessary to complete your engagement
• You authorize Nuvex to communicate with the IRS or relevant state agencies on your behalf as part of your service scope
