Consultation Policy

At Nuvex Advisory Partners LLC ("Nuvex"), we offer a complimentary 15-minute consultation to prospective clients seeking preliminary guidance on our tax and advisory services. The purpose of this policy is to clarify the scope, limitations, and conditions associated with our consultation sessions.


1. Purpose of the Consultation

  • Provide general insight into the client’s tax or financial situation;
  • Explain the services Nuvex offers and how they may apply;
  • Determine whether there is a potential fit between the client's needs and Nuvex's offerings.

Please note: This session is not a substitute for formal tax advice, tax preparation, or professional representation.

2. Scope and Limitations

  • The consultation is informational only and does not include document review, calculations, or legal/tax opinions.
  • No written summaries or reports will be provided.
  • Clients will not receive any personalized tax advice unless a formal engagement is signed.

3. Eligibility

  • Each client is entitled to one (1) free consultation.
  • Additional consultations may be billed according to our standard advisory rates.
  • Nuvex reserves the right to decline or reschedule consultations at its sole discretion.

4. Scheduling and Attendance

  • Consultations are scheduled online via our secure booking system.
  • Clients must provide accurate contact and case-related information in advance.
  • If a client is more than 5 minutes late, the session may be forfeited or shortened without rescheduling.

5. Privacy and Confidentiality

  • All information shared during the consultation is treated as confidential in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  • However, no formal client-accountant relationship is established until a signed engagement agreement is in place.

6. Follow-Up and Engagement

  • Following the consultation, clients may choose to proceed with a paid service package.
  • An engagement letter and service agreement will be required prior to any work commencement.

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Clients must cancel or reschedule at least 12 hours in advance.
  • No-shows or repeated cancellations may result in the loss of eligibility for future free consultations.
