1. Full Refund Guarantee

We offer a 100% refund of service fees under the following circumstances:

  • A material error was made by our team that impacts the accuracy of your tax filing or advisory deliverable.
  • You are dissatisfied with the quality of service, and you notify us within 7 calendar days of delivery.

No complex forms, no hidden conditions—if we made a mistake or failed to meet your expectations, we'll refund your payment in full. We believe in accountability and fairness.

2. Exclusions and Limitations

To ensure clarity and mutual understanding, please note that our refund policy does not apply in the following situations:

  • The issue was due to incomplete, inaccurate, or untimely information provided by the client.
  • Refund is requested after IRS submission or filing has been finalized, unless the error was caused by Nuvex.
  • Changes in tax outcome based on new documents disclosed post-submission.
  • Refunds for third-party fees (e.g., filing fees, payment processing fees) are not covered.

If you're unsure whether your case qualifies for a refund, we encourage you to reach out—we will assess each situation thoughtfully and fairly.

3. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request, please contact us via email at support@nuvexllc.com, including:

  • Your full name and date of service
  • A brief explanation of the concern
  • Any relevant supporting documents (if applicable)

We aim to respond within 2 business days and resolve all refund requests within 5–7 business days.
